Jordan Vauvert C'est un secret pour personne : je considère Damián Antón Ojeda comme un des artistes les plus révolutionnaires du black metal atmosphérique et presque systématiquement quand il participe dans un split, il tient la dragée haute. Pour Trhä, qu'un artiste m'impressionne encore plus n'était arrivé qu'une seule fois, en tout cas jusqu'à présent. Si zäckar / novaj ilan est une montagne, alors Midoran nous offre une ascension vers le sublime ; Trhä nous fait redescendre dans une avalanche de douleur. Favorite track: Felãth'Kulgaõ.

A'näkijn // Энакин È da tempo che seguo la band, mi si è aperto un mondo scoprendo questo modo di fare musica molto particolare, dopo qualche giorno/settimana ho scoperto così per caso Midoran e mi sono subito innamorato della sua musica e melodia che mette nelle sue canzoni.
Appena ho visto questo Split ho pensato "ce l'ha fatta!", finalmente ha la visibilità che merita.

◊ I have to admit, on most Trhä splits I don’t pay too much attention to the other side (Careus and Sunset are pretty cool tho) but since I listen to Trhä’s side of this split a lot, I decided to give Midoran‘s part another try and it’s actually not bad at all. The clean singing took a while to grow on me and I’m still not sure if I like the last third of Dülmorgãrath, but I appreciate the boldness to integrate something like that into a black metal song.
Definitely my favorite Trhä split so far Favorite track: haº¶ar vi goney'eb tënqa§.

Luke In a stilted and obnoxiously self-policing genre, Trhä continue to be the font of magic in raw black metal. Always exciting and innovative. Never going where you think they will. I would be happier if other bands responded by forging their own diverse paths, rather than following Trhä. I suppose imitation is the sincerest flattery, and old habits die hard in this genre. But I get it: It's just that good! Favorite track: haº¶ar vi goney'eb tënqa§.

Seht is drowned into a compact lo-fi cloud of sound from which occasionally emerge a few cristalline sparks. Le split Misotheismus/Trhä est intéressant car il "casse" une règle tacite de Trhä qui consiste à toujours utiliser un langage inventé ou au moins inintelligible. Misotheismus la respecte, à l'exception du sample qui ouvre "Untitled XIV" qui laisse penser qu'on est dans un règlement de comptes voire une scène de torture. Il n'est pas interdit de penser que ce thème traverse tout le split, ce qui explique pourquoi le black metal des deux artistes est aussi violent ; même Trhä se passe du synthé ! Jordan Vauvert
